倍頻器的框架表現形式具有輸入端、內容的打出的端、非規則化熱敏內阻器和低通濾波器。輸入端吸收輸入預警,由非規則化熱敏內阻器的運算后,內容的打出的端內容的打出的一家倍頻預警。低通濾波器用做去否則規則化熱敏內阻器導致的諧波,使內容的打出的預警變得純真。
MITEQ無源倍頻器選取無源部件(如場效應管)使鍵入無線信號的速率六倍。似的轉換成成功效較低,鍵入功效規定要求較高。無源倍頻器大多數使用于公測測量儀器和實驗報告室。
